PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing device capable of easily adjusting the supporting length of a spring energizing a door in the closing direction. SOLUTION: A fixed member 9 put on the bottom 8 of the door opening and closing device body 2 is constituted of a vertical plate 30 and an anti-slip flange 31 formed in the vertical plate 30, and it has a plurality of hooks 20a, 20b and 20c capable of locking the spring 10 formed in the upper end of the vertical plate 30 and projections 21a and 21b formed on the side of the vertical plate 30. When the vertical plate 30 is inserted into a mounting hole 35 formed in the bottom 8 of the body 2 from below, the vertical plate 30 is locked with the upper surface of the bottom 8 by the projections 21a and 21b, and the vertical plate 30 is locked with the lower surface of the bottom 8 by the anti-slip flange 31. The supporting length of the spring 10 is changed by selecting one among a plurality of hooks 20a, 20b and 20c to lock with the spring 10.
