Acceleration signals detected by acceleration sensors (11) are transmitted to an air bag ECU 7 through communication lines from satellite sensors (2 and 3) as speed signals expressed by integral values (V) whose high frequency components are reduced and whose sharp changes are suppressed. A state that sharply changing noises are superposed upon the speed signals expressed by the integral values (V) is judged in accordance with the value of a change between the speed signals expressed by the integral values (V) which are successively received and abnormal reception is discriminated from normal reception to keep communication which enables highly reliable collision judgement.
