The invention relates to a mineral construction-material composition containing, as an additive, a mixture that comprises (a) at least one alkylnaphthalene sulphonate, (b) at least one alkylbenzene sulphonate and (c) at least one alkali sulphate. Said mineral construction-material composition can be used as dehumidification rendering for walls, for cemented bricks or paving stones, as air-entrained concrete, as screed, or as road surfacing or surfacing for airport runways.
