<p>The invention relates to a method of producing oily suspensions of water-soluble vitamins. The inventive method is characterized by a) grinding at least one water-soluble vitamin in an oil to an average particle size of from 0.1 to 100 νm, or b) grinding at least one water-soluble vitamin to an average particle size of from 0.1 to 100 νm without using a continuous phase, and then suspending the ground particles in an oil.</p> |
