Ready meal tray compartments crimp sealed by aluminum foil while tray rim zone foil held by grip

In an industrial scale process and assembly to pack a ready meal, the food is placed in compartments within a tray which is then sealed with an aluminum foil. The individual compartments are sealed by the same foil spanning the tray. Especially, the foil is secured around the rim by a grip which is left in place during the e.g. crimp action to seal the compartments. Also claimed is a commensurate closing and sealing assembly.
