<p>A fixing device, comprising a fixing roller, a pressuring roller, a third roller disposed in parallel with the fixing roller, and a fixing belt wound around the fixing roller and the third roller, wherein the fixing roller is pressed against the pressuring roller through the fixing belt, the third roller or the fixing belt includes a heating resistance sheet, the heating resistance sheet heats the fixing belt rapidly and the fixing belt transfers heat efficiently to the sheet, and the fixing roller does not need to transfer heat from the inside to the outside thereof and, therefore, has an elastic material layer on the surface thereof.</p> |
