<p>The oven is characterised by its versatility because the position of the module (10) bearing the combustion chamber (11) of the air exchanger (12), the ventilator (13) and the panel (9) can be changed, it being possible to mount both in the rear part and in one of the sides of the oven, this being made possible because, in addition to the vertical comer pieces (4), (5) and the vertical panel (6), placed over the floor (1) of the oven, that make up the external walls of the cooking oven, there are pairs of ribs (14) and (14') that allow the positioning and mounting, in one or another position, of the plates (15) that form the internal wall of the cooking oven, such that, in accordance with the position of these plates (15), the module (10) can be mounted in correspondence with the lower part or with the side.
