A body (1) of e.g. injection-moulded polyethylene is typically of 30mm diameter with an 8mm hole (2). It is thicker towards the centre and thinner and more flexible towards its periphery and at the integral lip (7). Collars are inserted in the hole to reduce its internal diameter to 6, 5 and 4mm. Parallel grooves in its surface allow the body to flex to conform to external or internal curvature. Double-sided adhesive tape on the underside is covered by a protective layer when not in use.
