PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a trouble point of local damage of a trolley line caused by repeated pushings and pullings in a certain point of the trolley line with a beam, when the trolley line in an upper part of a rolling stock is sometimes pushed out to a side way for a time because of convenience in an operation for cargo handling equipment in a side of the rolling stock in a terminal of a freight traffic line. SOLUTION: Left and right blocks 1, 1 are coupled by coupling plates 2 to prepare a square main body. A pin 3 is inplanted in a clevis of the each block 1, and an ear 4 is pulled off thereto to be freely turnable. The trolley line is cut in a bent point, and two trolley line E1, E2 ends are grasped by the paired ears. Bridging lines E3, E4 are provided additionally to the coupling plates 2 to make a pantograph pass through the main body without any disturbance. The end parts of the both lines E1, E2 are connected with feed lines 7.
