PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an exact evacuation guidance of not only passengers in a car but also persons in a landing or building at the time of disaster. SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device 18 for detecting a generation of disaster and a generation place in a building is used. The generation place of disaster is indicated on indicators 2, 11 in a car and a landing side by a signal from a control device 12 at the time of detection of the disaster.
