PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel and a working vehicle capable of securely traveling on a soft ground without using an attachment such as an auxiliary wheel. SOLUTION: When a wheel main body 9 is driven for rotation in the condition that the wheel main body 9 is buried under the soil, a soil scraping member 12 projected from a side of the wheel main body 9 pushes the soil 11 backward in the rotating direction of the wheel main body 9. With this structure, since the propelling force by the wheel 4 is improved, generation of slip or the like is prevented, and the secure traveling on the soft ground 10 is realized.
