PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade having excellent durability, and made of a polyurethane elastomer having high productivity. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade contains a polyurethane elastomer produced by reacting (a) a polyisocyanate component with (b) a high-molecular polyol component and (c) a low-molecular polyol component. The low molecular polyol component (c) is composed of (c1) a >=3 functional low-molecular polyol and (c2) ethylene glycol.
