PURPOSE:To prevent the adhering of the front and rear faces of plural original plates each other caused by a washing liquid and dyes mixed into the washing liquid when the original plates are stacked, to prevent the degradation of an ink repulsive property when the dyes are stuck to a silicone rubber layer being a non-patterning part and to prevent the soiling of hands of a worker carrying the original plate. CONSTITUTION:A developing device is provided with a developing part 3 for removing the silicone rubber layer at the non-pattern part of the planographic printing original plate 7 not requiring damping water, a dyeing part 4 for dyeing the pattern part, and a washing part 5 for washing. Liquid removing parts 6 for removing the washing liquid left on the planographic printing original plate 7 are provided as the developing device of the planographic printing original plate 7 at the back of the cleaning part 5. |
