PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive tape for medical use containing a urethane resin adhesive layer applicable to the human body, having simultaneously solved such problems as bleeding of the low-molecular fraction in a rubber-based adhesive, lack in the re-releasability of an acrylic resin-based adhesive and in moisture permeability, skin irritancy, or the like, thereby free from skin irritancy and excellent in moisture permeability and re-releasability. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape comprises (A) a sheet substrate >=1,500 g/(m2.24 h) in moisture permeability and (B) a urethane-urea adhesive layer >=1,500 g/(m2.24 h) in moisture permeability.
