PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a joint in a continuous processing line of a metal strip capable of smoothly making the joint pass the continuos processing line without breaking a joint part even in the case that the thickness of the metal strip is thick to the radius of curvature of a roll such as a looper roll with which a turn part is formed.
