Through holes 15, 15, etc., or dripping grease are formed in trough parts Y, Y, etc., in the cooking region 8A, and a water container 16 for receiving grease dripped from the through holes 15, 15, etc., are disposed under the cooking plate 1 corresponding to the cooking region 8A comprised of the wave-formed part.
