PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook rice softly without much unevenness in boiling by preventing the irregularity of temperature in the inner pot caused by heating of the inner pot in the rice boiling process. SOLUTION: The cooking device has an inner pot 2 stored in a rice cooker main body 1, a heater part 3 for heating the inner pot 2, and a drive part 6 mounted in the main body 1. In the rice boiling process, the inner pot 2 and a material to be heated 10 put in the inner pot 2 are forced to move three- dimensionally by the drive part 6, so that the irregularity of temperature of the material to be heated can be prevented.
