PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive member (e.g. a semiconductive belt or roll) which is suitable to be used in an image formation apparatus of an electrophotographic type (e.g. a copier or a printer) and has electric resistance improved in uniformity and hardly affected by the environment and to provide an image formation apparatus which is prepared by using the member and can stably form a high-quality image. SOLUTION: The semiconductive member (e.g. a semiconductive belt or roll) used in an image formation apparatus partially comprises a thermoplastic elastomer composition which contains a thermoplastic resin 73, as the matrix, and rubber particles 72, as the domain, which are at least partially electrically conductive and at least partially cross-linked.
