PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load motorcycles on a container without packing them. SOLUTION: Wheel receiving portions 10 are provided in an inner pallet 2, and low loading portions 16 on which a plurality of inner pallets 2 can be placed in one horizontal row are continuously provided in a stay fixing frame 15 of a base pallet 3. When the inner pallets 2 with the motorcycle 1 loaded thereon are arranged on the loading portions 16, the movement of the inner pallets in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction can be prevented by an inner slope of an outer frame 15.
