PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keeper for a denture attachment capable of being enhanced in corrosion resistance without being lowered in its magnetic attraction force by the denture attachment, and a method and tool of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The keeper 1 for attracting the denture attachment having magnetic attraction force has a main body part 11 comprising a soft magnetic material and the gold coating film 2 formed to at least the side surface of the main body part 11 without providing an Ni substrate coating film and the gold coating 2 is formed by PVD treatment and has a thickness of 4μm or less and contains no harmful component in its composition ratio.
