PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizing device capable of readily performing supplementing of seedlings over a hopper while relatively increasing the amount of a stored fertilizer and excellent in maintainability. SOLUTION: This fertilizing device is obtained by composing a delivering case 27 of an upper and lower bisecting structure composed of an upper case 27a connected to the lower end of the hopper 21 and a lower case 27b separably connected to the lower part of the upper case 27a, installing a funnel part R for collecting a delivered fertilizer, making the fertilizer flow down and guiding the fertilizer and an outlet tube 31 communicating and connecting to an air blast tube 32 in the lower case 27 so as to feed the delivered fertilizer collected with the funnel part R to the outlet tube 31 and providing a delivering roll 26 over the upper case 27a and the lower case 27b so that lower half part of the delivering roll 26 enters the funnel part R of the lower case 27b.
