PCSTS is the miniature training system that allowing development of one's muscles without using elements of big mass. The system has a simple feedback - allowing users to s ee very easily the amount of force that was generated. The system allows for rapid changeovers from one exercise to another in seconds, and maximizes the efficiency of the training. The system radically improves safety of the training system. The system offer's a rapid and effective benchmarking device to test a trainee. The system can be used in the medical field to create a very effective training device for physical rehabilitation of patients to restore the strength and health of injured or atrophied muscles.
