PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To soften the buffer property of an elastic body against the vibration immediately after the start of an outboard engine and harden the buffer property of the elastic body when propelling. SOLUTION: Bolt members 101 are arranged on the right and left sides of a swivel shaft so as to project toward the side of an outboard engine body, and an elastic body 103 is arranged in the outer periphery of the bolt member 101 to connect the right and left parts of the outer board engine body and the bolt member through the elastic body 103. The shape of the elastic body 103 is made into non circle viewed from the direction to which the thrust of the outer board engine works, and in the face orthogonal to the direction to which the thrust of the elastic body 103 works, projected sections 103a-1 and 103a-1 are provided at a portion having a large distance from the bolt member in the axial direction of the bolt member. |
