Organic electroluminescent element and photosensitive polymer

An organic electroluminescent element which comprises a resin layer comprising a luminescent or arbitrary layer comprising a photosensitive polymer. By regulating the thickness of the resin layer, a high color purity is obtained based on a light interference effect. The photosensitive polymer has the structural units (II) and (III).
