PURPOSE: A riveting system is provided which reduces manufacturing cost by reducing the size of the system and using one motor, and improves working environment by reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: The riveting system comprises a motor(1) coupled to a principal axis(15) for supplying rotary power; a spindle part(2) coupled to the principal axis(15) at the lower part of the motor(1) for performing riveting operation; a power conversion part(5) linked to the lower part of the motor(1) so as to convert a rotary power supplied from the motor(1) into vertical reciprocation; a speed reducer part(6) positioned at one side of the power conversion part(5) so as to reduce power of the motor(1); a power transmission part(7) reciprocally connected to the power conversion part(5) and the speed reducer part(6) so as to transmit rotary power of the speed reducer part(6) to the power conversion part(5); a clutch gear(8) installed at a position where the power conversion part(5) is linked to the speed reducer part(6) so as to regulate rotation of the motor(1); a roller cam part(9) closely adhered to the principal axis(15) at the lower part of the power conversion part(5) so that the spindle part(2) is vertically moved in a straight line; a riveting punch(11) positioned at the lower part of the spindle part(2) so as to link rivets to the sheet put on a worktable part installed in a flat shape at the lower part spaced apart from the spindle part(2) in a certain distance; and a chuck part(12) firmly fixing the riveting punch(11).
