The invention discloses a novel polypeptide, human clathrin light chain 14, the polynucleotide encoding such polypeptide and the method of production thereof by DNA recombinant techniques. Methods of using the polypeptide for treating various diseases such as malignant tumor, hemopathy, HIV infection, immune diseases and various inflammations and the like are also disclosed. Furthermore, the invention discloses the antagonists of the polypeptide and the effects thereof. The use of the polynucleotide encoding the novel human clathrin light chain 14 is also disclosed. |
