PURPOSE: An automatic cutting apparatus for harvesting fruits is provided to solve problems of bruising of fruits each other during transporting or storing by close-cutting the stem part of the fruits, and considerably shorten harvesting time and enables convenient working for a worker by harvesting the fruits only with one hand. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a pipe shaped main frame (1) into the inside of which a body (2) is inserted; a piston (5) having a rod (4) which is inserted into the body (2) so that the piston can be reciprocated; a supporting member (8) which is coupled to one side of the body (2), wherein rotational knives (7,7') on which guiding grooves (6,6') are formed are inserted into the supporting member (8); a guiding rod (9) which is coupled to the one end of the piston rod (4) so that the guiding rod (9) penetrates the supporting member (8) and the guiding grooves (6,6') of the rotational knives (7,7'); a long hole which is formed on the outer circumference of the main frame (1), and into one side of the body (2) of which nozzles are inserted so that the nozzles are positioned at both sides of the piston (5); an elastic band (11) which is extendedly formed on the bottom surface of the body (1); and a separate air pressure controller (13) which is connected to the nozzles, wherein an ascending and descending ring (15) is elastically installed at the lower part of a piston ascended and descended, a fixing ring (16) is formed at one side of the lower part of the air pressure controller (13), and a supply hose (17) and a suction and exhaust hose (18) are formed on the one side surface of the air pressure controller (13) and the other suction and exhaust hose (18') is formed on the other side surface of the air pressure controller so that the hoses can be connected to the nozzles.
