PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet pump for a nuclear reactor allowing to align an inlet mixer without requiring an operator to approach to a position of a riser bracket and also allowing to make aligning work unnecessary in reinstallation of the inlet mixer. SOLUTION: This jet pump 4 for making circulating cooling water circulate through a reactor core is provided in a nuclear reactor pressure vessel 1 of boiling water reactor, and comprises a riser, a diffuser, and the inlet mixer 9. The jet pump comprises an inlet mixer remote aligning mechanism for aligning the inlet mixer 9 by remote control from an upward spaced position using an aligning wedge 22 provided to a position in the circumferential direction of the inlet mixer 9 so as to be vertically movable.
