PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, to improve the filling density of hydrogen absorbing alloy (MH), and to keep same or further heat transfer performance without a heat transfer fin. SOLUTION: An MH tank 1 is provided with a plurality of MH molded elements 3 stored in a case body 5, and a plurality of heat exchanging units. The MH molded elements 3 are formed in a plate shape by mixing MH powder with good heat conductive material powder, and combined so as to make projections 3a abut against each other. Upstream side and downstream side heat transfer pipes 7a, 7b are disposed on the both sides of the projections 3a while being put between the MH molded elements to compose a hydrogen occluding/discharging unit 10. A main flow passage 11 is provided between each MH molded element 3 and the body 5, and a filter 12 is laid between each adjacent hydrogen occluding/discharging unit 10 and between the hydrogen occluding/discharging unit 10 and the upper and lower both inner surface of the body 5. The filter 12 forms a flow passage 13 of hydrogen gas branched off from the main flow passage 11. |
