SOLUTION: In this exhaust emission control device, the number of carbon chains of hydrocarbon petroleum fuel are reduced by treating automobile petroleum fuel and factory petroleum fuel by biomass, a quantity of carbon produced is reduced by making high octane of petroleum fuel by using metal chelate alcohol and alcohol peroxide as a catalyst, residual hydrocarbon having many carbon chains of the hydrocarbon is passed through a magnetic field by combining a strong magnetic field and an ultraviolet ray generator, in order to obtain petroleum fuel having a shorter carbon chain of the hydrocarbon, and exhaust brought under emission control obtained by burning it is further cleaned and brought under emission control by using purifying solvent and cleaning solvent to remove Nox, Sox, CO2. |
