PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for simplifying a work, for fixing and connecting wires of an electronic apparatus and improving space efficiency. SOLUTION: In fixing the electronic apparatus 20, a stud bolt terminal 12 of a battery is first passed through a terminal insertion cylinder 24, formed in a case 21 for the electronic apparatus 20, and the case 21 is put on the upper face of the battery 10. Then, an apparatus-side terminal 25 of the electronic apparatus 20 is mounted on the stud bolt terminal 12 passed through the terminal insertion cylinder 24 and protruded into the case. The bottom of the case 21 is pushed against the upper face of the battery 10 by the apparatus-side terminal 25 and so the case 21 is fixed to the battery 10.
