PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventing fence against flying snow or the like for a bridge having strength, made lightweight, having a shielding property and a see-through property, and capable of reducing the intrusion of wind and snow into the bridge. SOLUTION: This fence is installed on the side face of an overpass or via duct elevated, and perforated folded plates 8 are horizontally arranged between stanchions 6 erected at fixed intervals along the side edge 1 of the bridge.
