The gateways (1a-1d, 2a-2d, 3,4) of the data network convert signals to computer data and vice versa. Each gateway is territorially operational in a given geographical area. Each gateway establishes radio communication with the telephone network (10,20,30,40). A server (6) manages a table (61) of locations of terminals of the mobile radio network and holds, for each terminal, an indication of geographical position of the terminal.
