<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a communication means to be used by both of a communication source and a communication destination to the communication source before starting communication. SOLUTION: Communication means to be operated on the information terminal of each user is stored in a list DB2 at every user. A selecting device 1 receives the designation of a communication destination user from the communication source user who requests communication and obtains the communication means which is respectively used by the communication destination user and the communication source user from the list DB2. Besides, the device 1 sometimes obtain the communication means to be used by the communication source user from the device 1 or the user terminal 4. Then the device 1 generates a candidate list describing the communication means to be used by both and transmits it from a WWW server, for example, to the communication source user terminal. The candidate list is displayed by a WWW browser, for example, on the communication source user terminal.</p> |
