PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, by which a comfortable feeling of usage can be obtained even when a heating seat and warm-water flushing are rendered to wait at a low temperature in the nonuse case for lowering standby power. SOLUTION: A means adjusting set temperature during standby at the low temperature in installed and a human-body sensor with a transmitter and a receiver for a radio wave is also incorporated.
