PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make two oil paths for suction discharging a control oil pressure to a hydraulic clutch capable of arranging as near as possible in the vicinity of the axial center of a power transmitting shaft, so as to improve balance of rotation of the power transmitting shaft also ensure rigidity and make operating oil difficult to receive an influence of heat by a generator motor. SOLUTION: An axial center hole 31 is formed in a power transmitting shaft 2, a separation pipe 29 and an almost cylindrical sealing plug 30 are fitted to this hole 31. In this way, axial paths 27c, 28c of a first/second oil path 27, 28 are coaxially formed in inner/outer two layers in an axial center part of the power transmitting shaft 2. Both the axial paths 27, 28 are compactly arranged in the axial center part of the power transmitting shaft 2, a distance of each axial path 27, 28 to an external surface of the power transmitting shaft 2 can be sufficiently ensured. A sufficient distance is ensured also to a generator motor 5 mounted in the external periphery of the power transmitting part 2.
