<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the unitary control of the facility maintenance information of each user, and to establish an integral facility maintenance plan from wide area facility maintenance information. SOLUTION: This remote control center is provided with an information unitary controlling means for collecting individual facility maintenance information including the failure history of facility equipment in a plant within the control range of each user through a network 1 and for realizing the unitary control of the information, an integral facility maintenance plan preparing means 26 for preparing an integral facility maintenance plan based on the collected individual facility maintenance information of plural users, and an integral facility maintenance plan information distributing means 27 for distributing the prepared integral facility maintenance plan information to each user as service information for an individual facility maintenance plan to be planned by each user.</p> |
