PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide static charged magnetic particles that can be repeatedly charged without staining the surface of a photosensitive body. SOLUTION: Static charged magnetic particles contain a fine particle aggregate including silicone oil or silicone varnish of 10 to 90 mass % and magnetic particles, where the charged magnetic particles contain particles of 5 to 15 μm at the rate of 10 to 70 vol.%.
