PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the head drive mechanism of an information recorder from being affected by an adhesive for adhering a piezoelectric element to a substrate when a head is displaced by the piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: The thin-film piezoelectric element 21 which is constituted thin is adhered by the adhesive 33 onto the substrate 28 for the thin-film piezoelectric element and the substrate 28 for the thin-film piezoelectric element 21 is warped by the elongation and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the thin-film piezoelectric element 33, by which the slider provided with the head is slightly displaced in a direction nearly orthogonal with the warpage direction of the substrate. The adhesive 33 is formed to a thickness of 2.5 to 25 times the thickness of the thin-film piezoelectric element 21.
