SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor whose characteristics are improved by forming a conductive macromolecular layer having a desired uniform thickness and a high mechanical strength on the surface of a capacitor element and which can be manufactured with high productivity. SOLUTION: This solid electrolytic capacitor is composed of the capacitor element constituted by forming a dielectric oxide coating film on the surface of a blank body which becomes an anode and is made of a valve-action metal and the conductive macromolecular layer formed on the surface of the coating film. The macromolecular layer is constituted of a conductive macromolecular layer which is formed on the surface of the coating film and composed of polythiophene or its derivative, and a composite conductive macromolecular layer which takes in fibers and conductive macromolecular particles adhering to the surface of the macromolecular layer.
