PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any problem due to erroneous wiring by properly facilitating a countermeasure to the erroneous wiring of the connection of heating sources h1-h5 or temperature detectors S1-S5 of a heating device 1 to a heating controller 5. SOLUTION: A CPU 71 of a device 5 operates the independent temperature control of heating sources h1-h5 by individually controlling power feeding amounts to the heating sources h1-h5 under the control of the power supply time of solid state relays R1-R5 based on the target temperatures of the heating sources h1-h5 and the detected output values of temperature detectors S1-S5. Then, when the normal on state of any of the relays R1-R5 is continued in a fixed time, it is judged that the erroneous wiring of cables 21-25 or 31-35 of the heating sources or the temperature detectors invalidating the temperature control of the heating source connected with the relay is generated. Then, the relay is turned off, and the power supply to the heating source connected to the relay is interrupted.
