PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activation processing system capable of distributing loads inside a network by using the file name expander of a program to be activated. SOLUTION: In this activation processing system for activating a stored program, a communication means for performing communication with plural servers 2 connected to the network and an execution server storage means for storing server information for indicating the respective servers 2 for executing an activation program corresponding to the respective plural pieces of expander information for indicating the kinds of files are provided inside client terminal equipment 1. At the time of activating the program, whether or not the expander information of the activation program is stored in the execution server storage means is judged (step S2), and when it is stored, a server name and a common path name stored corresponding to the expander information are read (step S4) and the activation program is activated in the server (step S6).
