PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect ultraviolet rays contained in flame from an inner corn luminous flame type burner and further reliably control the operation of a blower in linking with the operation of a cooker even if an application is made to the cooker, for example, with the inner corn luminous flame type burner. SOLUTION: A range hood (A) that is arranged at the upper portion of a cooker (B) and incorporates a blower (2), a flame sensor unit (10) for detecting ultraviolet rays contained in flame that is generated in the cooker, and a control part (9) for controlling the operation of the blower based on the detection result of the flame sensor unit, are provided. The flame sensor unit is mounted to a back guard part (24) on a kitchen top (20) to detect ultraviolet rays from flame being generated by the cooker nearly along a horizontal direction. |
