A shuttle (107) is inserted in a longitudinal bore (106) between a closed end (108) and an open end (110) to separate the lubrication fluid and combustion fluid. The shuttle is movable in response to pressure differences between two regions or between the closed and open ends. The open end is led to the main cavity (24) while oil transfer channel (112) is led to the closed end.
