<p>In a process to manufacture a ball bearing cage (8) from a pressed strip (1), the cage is assembled from a length of material. Each section has two mushroom-shaped detents (6) at one end, and two matching mushroom-shaped nipples (7) at the other. Adjacent sections are assembled by bending to circular shape and push fitting of the nipple into the detent.</p> |
