A demand time interval target value computing unit (8) calculates a target power amount used under a power load for each demand time interval based on a dissociation rate, a regulated power amount, and a target factor. A demand control unit (9) and a load control unit (10) control a used power amount of a power load based on this target power amount.</p> |
