PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide goods which aim at widening widening the ranges of playing and moving in winter sport, or the like, on a flat field by attaching a small parachute to a waist pouch. SOLUTION: A brake cord 3 is attached to a small parachute 4 and belts 2 are attached to D-rings 5 of waist pouch 1 for safety and making compact to make the parachute stored in the waist pouch.
