PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for packing a food and the like formed of the combination of a plastic tray with a paper container peripheral wall sections, which is characterized by visually checking a content in the vicinity of a container bottom section and extremely suitable from the viewpoint of ecology as the container can easily be separated into a paper and a plastic when the container is thrown away by a consumer. SOLUTION: The container 1 for packing the food and the like is constituted by bonding paper container peripheral wall sections 3 on the upper side of a transparent plastic tray 2 constituting the container bottom section.
