PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal composition which can sustainedly release a medicine (B), can be administered into a living body by the use of an injector, or the like, and hardly causes irritation, inflammation, and so on. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition comprising (A) a hydroxy acid-based oligomer and (B) a medicine is characterized in that (A) the hydroxy acid-based oligomer is esterified at least a part of the carboxyl terminals, has a function to give pH 5 to 8 when administered into a living body, and exhibits a flowing property at 25 deg.C.
