PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortably usable, easily formable, economical disposable simple mask having earpieces applicable to a two-dimensional/three- dimensional mask. SOLUTION: In a double-layer structure mask body formed by folding a single sheet of non-woven fabric, one end side is shaped into a curved part 2 swelling outward, while at a predetermined distance from a curved part 4 on the other end side of the mask body, a substantially U-shaped sectioning slit 5 is formed on the mask body side, and a slit 6 advancing into the inside of the U-shape of the sectioning slit 5 is formed from the upper end edge of the non-woven fabric 1. When the non-woven sheet 1 is pulled to the left and right sides with the sectioning slit 5 and the slit 6 opened, the annular earpieces 8 are formed symmetrically in the disposable simple mask. |
